          1. Working principle

             Molecular sieves made from artificial aluminosilicates have better adsorption properties than activated carbon.When the VOCs passes through the zeolite, the VOCs components are adsorbed in the zeolite, and the purified gas is emission into the atmosphere.The zeolite wheel rotates continuously, in the desorption region the zeolite is desorbed and regenerated by a small amount of hot air, durring above process the low-concentration waste gas can be concentrated to high-concentration waste gas. High-concentration exhaust gas is treated by thermal oxidizer(TO), or catalyst oxidizer(CO), or regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO),  or condensation devices.


          2. Application

            (1). This equipment is suitable for the VOCs with low concentration and large volume produced by painting process, coating process, semiconductor and composite material process, generally the concentration< 500 ppm.

            (2). The VOCs shall not contain halogen, macromolecular organics and small molecular organics that are gaseous at room temperature.

            (3). The temperature of VOCs is less than 38° C.
