1. Working principle
The waste gas is directly pumped into the incinerator, with the auxiliary fuel as everlasting flame and heat supplying, burned under about 800°C. After heat reused the exhaust is released into the atmosphere cleanly.
Heat recovery methods include steam, heat conducting oil, hot water, hot air, etc.
If the VOCs contains halogen, sulfur, etc., the exhaust needs to be washed to remove acidic component after the flue gas is cooled down.
2. Application
(1) This TO is suitable for the treatment of VOCs with small volume and high concentration.
(2) Flue gas treatment includes denitration, desulfurization, acid removal, etc.
(3) Heat recovery methods include steam, heat conducting oil, hot water, hot air, etc.
